Brew methods

Repeatable recipes with the variables made visible. Use the guides to change one part of a brew at a time and keep the observations you can reproduce. Each recipe names a starting dose and ratio, then walks through the single adjustment most likely to move the cup in the direction you want. Read a method through once before you brew, and return to its troubleshooting steps when a familiar recipe starts to drift.
