Send a note.

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. Include the article address, the claim you are questioning, and whatever you checked it against: a roaster sheet, a standards document, or your own tasting notes. A correction that carries its source gets folded back into the article.

Editorial questions about method and sourcing are welcome as well. Equipment faults and warranty claims belong with the seller or manufacturer, since neither can be settled from a desk page.

What this desk cannot do

BrewNorth does not sell equipment and cannot help with an order, a warranty claim or a delivery: those belong with the seller, who can see your account and this desk cannot. Questions about how a specific machine behaves with your water and your grinder are the kind of thing a maker's support line answers better than a reference page.

Health questions about caffeine, a medical condition or a pregnancy belong with a clinician. The articles here describe brewing, not physiology, and no page on this site is a substitute for medical advice.

Reach the desk at uzairuabubakar2007@gmail.com.

A correction is easiest to act on when it points at one sentence. Name the article, paste the address of the page, quote the claim you are questioning, and say what you think is wrong. If you can point to a manufacturer document, a published standard, or another public source, include it, because a correction that can be checked is applied faster than one that cannot. A note saying only that something feels off gives the desk nothing to work with, while a note quoting both the sentence and the source behind it usually resolves in a single exchange.

The same address handles several other kinds of message. Rights questions about a photograph can be raised there, and the image credits page shows which entry a file belongs to. Data requests described on the privacy page go to that inbox as well. Reports of a link that no longer resolves, or of a page that renders badly on a particular device, are welcome, and it helps to say which browser and device you were using when the problem appeared.

Some questions sit outside what this desk can answer. Equipment faults and warranty claims belong with the retailer or the manufacturer, because the site does not sell anything and holds no order records. Questions about caffeine and health belong with a clinician. Editorial questions about method and sourcing are the ones that belong here, and those are the messages that get read most carefully.

No form is enabled on this page, so nothing you write is stored by the site. Messages go straight to the desk inbox and are usually answered within a few days. For data requests, the same address reaches the person who handles them.
